本产品采用PAE自产的B型系列空柱装填SEPHADEX G25或G50脱盐填料而成。和B型柱一样，可以直连AKTA，也可以用重力、离心、蠕动泵等方式操作。特别提醒：本系列产品可以配用PAE自产的上样杯，使操作更为方便快捷。8ML和27ML两种可以以50ML离心管为接收管进行离心操作。具体方法：8ML柱：（1）按照PDX脱盐柱的过程完成平衡、上样。（2）在1只50ML离心管内放置1只合适的接收管，如5ML离心管。把前述上样的柱子放到50ML离心管内并使其出口端插入到接收管中。然后，按照PDX柱的说明在50ML离心转头上离心。27ML柱：用8ML柱的方法完成上样。卸掉层析柱的盖子后放入50ML离心管。

 A Brief Introduction for HiPrep serial Desalting Columns

HiPrep Desalting is a serial of convenient, easy-to-use column prepacked 8,27,45,70,100,150,180,220,318,580 ml columns with Sephadex G-25 Fine for desalting and buffer exchange.

n          Provide reliable and reproducible desalting and buffer exchange with sample sizes of up to 175 ml sample per column.

n          Replaces dialysis for desalting and therefore saves time and reduces labor.

n          Compatible with a laboratory pump or chromatography system such as ÄKTA design or equivalents.

n          Two or four columns can be used in series for sample sizes of 300 to 600 ml.
