DextrinNeo μSephere
DextrinNeo μSphere is an affinity media for purification of proteins tagged with Maltose Binding Protein (MBP).
l DextrinNeo μSphere is a robust, high resolution medium based on the 34 μSphere matrix
l The small, evenly sized beads ensure that MBP-tagged proteins elute in narrow peaks, thus minimizing the need for further concentration steps
l Physiological conditions and mild elution preserve target protein activity
l DextrinNeo μSphere tolerates all commonly used aqueous buffers and is easily regenerated >0.5 M NaOH allowing the same column to be used for repeated purifications
DextrinNeo μSphere and provide convenient affinity purification of recombinant proteins tagged with maltose binding protein (MBP). This robust and stable Sphere based medium enables elution of target protein in narrow peaks, which minimizes the need for further concentration steps.

产品描述：
HiTalon预装柱有1ml和5ml两种规格。柱体由生物兼容性良好的聚丙烯精工制造，耐压性高至0.75 Mpa。
两个规格的接口一致，可以单独使用，也可以串联或并联使用。可以用AKTA工作，也可以与其他层析系统匹配，甚至可以用注射器、蠕动泵或其他方式工作。
每套柱子均包含柱体和若干连接部件和封堵部件，以便与层析系统相连以及使用后密封保存。
产品特点：
所有HiTilon预装柱内部装填的都是PAE开发、具3H特征、mSphere为基材的高品质层析填料，每一种都地把高分辨率、高载量和高流速结合在一起。其中，许多品种的载量达到甚至超过相应Sepherose Fast Flow产品的2倍。
