1. IMAC-μSphere是pae研发的用于金属螯合层析纯化带有2价金属离子结合位点的蛋白的填料，适用于所有带有金属离子结合位点的蛋白，包括但不限于His标签蛋白、BSA等。本产品以未加金属离子的形式提供，用户可以根据需要选择适用的金属离子，如Cu、Ni、Co、Zin等。

2. 尺寸和接口与GE HiTrap系列一致，无死体积。

3. 直连GE、waters、Agilent等公司的HPLC等设备，如lAkta、Prime、Avant等，使用方便，快捷。

4.柱体由生物兼容性良好的聚丙烯精工制作，耐压性高0.75Mpa

This Product is a prepacked column prepared with a column identical to HiTrap from GE, and can be directly linked to Akta and other chromatography equipments, conveniently and fast.
This product is filled with the new generation of polymer mono-dispersed microsphere developed by pae. This new material provides the matrix 3 H features, i.e, High flow rate, High dynamic binding capacity and High performance. All these are very important for chromatography.

This is an affinity purification matrix for His-Tag Fusion proteins and other metal proteins.

本产品的载量远高于GE同类产品。因此，其洗脱条件可能与GE或其他公司的产品有所不同，可能需要更多的咪唑。方法主要有以下几点：① 增大洗脱体积；②提高咪唑浓度；③优化洗脱pH。

HiTalon是Ppae为其1ml和5ml预装柱命名的商标。该商标下的所有预装柱均可直接与GE、Waters、Agilent等公司的HPLC，如Akta等直连。经转接可连接BioRad公司的层析系统。

HiTalon预装柱有1ml和5ml两种规格。柱体由生物兼容性良好的聚丙烯精工制造，耐压性高至0.75 Mpa。

两个规格的接口一致，可以单独使用，也可以串联或并联使用。可以用AKTA工作，也可以与其他层析系统匹配，甚至可以用注射器、蠕动泵或其他方式工作。

每套柱子均包含柱体和若干连接部件和封堵部件，以便与层析系统相连以及使用后密封保存。

IMAC μSphere 6 is composed of highly cross-linked beads modified with a novel chelating ligand immobilized to the base matrix. IMAC μSphere 6 is supplied free of metal ions, allowing the user to charge it with the most appropriate metal ion for purification of a target protein.

The coupling chemistry and the novel ligand is designed to give minimal ligand leakage while providing high capacity.

IMAC μSphere 6 is available in a range of different bulk pack sizes and convenient pre-packed formats for easy scale-up and process development.
