A chromatographic matrix for purification of antibodies with genetically modified Protein AG' resistant to alkaline as ligand the only alkaline resistant protein AG matrix comercially available low ligand leacking and high dynamic binding capacity powered by oriented coupling.
This Product is a prepacked column prepared with a column identical to HiTrap from GE, and can be directly linked to Akta and other chromatography equipments, conveniently and fast.
This product is filled with the new generation of polymer mono-dispersed microsphere developed by pae. This new material provides the matrix 3 H features, i.e, High flow rate, High dynamic binding capacity and High performance. All these are very important for chromatography.Suitable for purifying IgGs from serum or cell culture media with a ligand resistant to alkaline. This ligand is a chimeric fusion protein of Protein A and Protein G so that it can be used to purify antibodies binding with Protein A and Protein G. This matrix supports CIP.
